The video is very short on concrete details, but one thing is blindingly obvious. They cannot keep a sustained reaction going producing enough heat to drive a turbine. Also recycling the hydrogen? They have to have something to create the plasma and NO ONE has been able to contain a plasma for more than a few milliseconds before it hits a wall and cools. Hot hydrogen will also seep faster through the metal walls of the containment device. You also cannot have a nuclear reaction without radioactivity.
It is a scam, a sophisticated one, but a scam nevertheless.
