Joe Biden's brother James is facing fraud charges leveraging his family ties to advance his business interests.

 James Biden, the brother of former Vice President Joe Biden, is facing fraud charges for allegedly abusing his family ties to the Obama Administration to enrich himself, according to a bombshell new report.

 Legal problems and allegations of possible fraud involving James Biden are the latest family members’ dealings drawing scrutiny amid the Democratic primary front-runner’s presidential bid.

According to Politico, James Biden used his access to the White House to advance his own business interests while his brother was vice president.
