When ‘Never Again’ Means Nothing
By Ben Shapiro | January 29, 2020 10:49 PM EST

This week, the world marked the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz by Allied forces during World War II. Politicians of all stripes dutifully tweeted, “#NeverAgain.” Meanwhile, many of those same politicians continued to forward the worst sort of anti-Semitism, blithely ignoring the fact that anti-Semitism isn't a relic of the past but a thriving part of the present.

Take, for example, Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. Omar has, in the past two years alone, sponsored an anti-Semitic resolution that likened boycotts of Israel to boycotts of Nazi Germany; rejected a Democratic-sponsored resolution backing a two-state solution in order to chide the Trump administration and Israel, because the solution wasn't radical enough; and repeatedly suggested that Jewish money manipulates American foreign policy on Israel. Her anti-Semitism was so palpable that the Democrats were forced to debate and then water down a resolution condemning anti-Semitism. Still, Omar tweeted, “Today and every day, we must redouble our efforts to confront anti-Semitism and all forms of religious discrimination and say #NeverAgain.”

Sooner or later, it's going to "happen again" to the Jews (of Israel).
An attempt will be made by islam against the existence of the Jewish state.

Whether it will succeed or not... simply unknown at this time.

It's not these words that 'mean nothing'; rather its WORDS.
The words of the members of the Roman Senate, such as Cicero,
are striking for their brevity and focus. But why???
Because the ancients were Men of action not yappers!!!
In contrast our modern politicians, are nothing more than glorified
bull-shit artists!!! All of them.

It's always someone, whom out of envy, hatred, greed, or just delusions of grandeur, will summarily place others at the bottom of the pecking order, classified as less than human.

We have lowered that bar enough to take in human offspring, those we naturally should be most inclined to protect.

As long as humans delude themselves that other humans are less than human, the slaughter will continue. Whether on roadsides, on fields of battle, or in clinics, blood will be let to satisfy those who feed off the lives of others, justified because they are seen as lesser beings.

All else is spilled in trying to stop that.
How God must weep at humans' folly! Stand fast! God knows what he is doing!
Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
