New lawsuit challenges Northam's temporary weapons ban at Capitol

RICHMOND, Va. (WSET) -- A hearing will be held Thursday in Richmond after a lawsuit was filed to challenge Governor Ralph Northam's executive order temporarily banning all weapons on Capitol grounds.
