Supreme Court Won’t Halt Climate Cases Against Oil Companies

This one has the potential to impact a lot of our future cheap energy production.

At the least, it will divert resources away from developing energy and toward enrichment of lawyers.

At the worst, it will kill our economy.

Hopefully, the false charges of human-caused climate change will play out in a venue where all will see the facts.

If the oil companies play hardball, discovery will kill the case against them.

Yep. My experience over the years that Exxon will bring in dollies of boxes and a bunch of lawyers.
