Illegal Alien From Mexico ‘Committed Three DUIs While in the Country Unlawfully’

(CNSNews.com) - An illegal alien from Mexico committed three driving under the influence offenses while in the United States unlawfully, according to a statement released by the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
“United States Attorney William M. McSwain announced today that Fernando Antonio Garcia-Bonilla, 27, of Quinlan, Texas, was sentenced to eighteen months in federal prison by United States District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg,†said the statement.
“The defendant was convicted of re-entering the United States illegally after being deported on two prior occasions and after having committed three DUIs while in the country unlawfully,†it said.
