If they don't want to be incarcerated, then they can go back to the country they were in before they illegally entered the US. As for bond, it should only be offered to people charged with crimes, which the asylum advocates insist they are not guilty of.
So either sit your ass in detention until your asylum hearing comes up, or take your ass back to the country you entered from. Your choice. But under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are they to be released into US society. And if their asylum is denied, then they are to be tried, prosecuted, sentenced, and upon release, deported, and permanently barred entry back into the US. THAT is the law.
