47-Year-Old Massachusetts Man Is Accused Of Giving 13-Year-Old Girl Drugs Before Dumping Her Body At The Hospital
Authorities say Chloe Ricard and another underage teen spent Sunday night and most the day Monday with Carlos Rivera at his apartment before Ricard died.

A 47-year-old Massachusetts man has been arrested after authorities say he gave a 13-year-old drugs shortly before he dropped her off at a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Carlos Rivera is facing two counts of giving drugs to a minor, one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 after authorities say he and another female teen dropped 13-year-old Chloe Ricard off at the hospital Monday afternoon, according to a statement from Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett.
“I want to commend the entire investigative team who worked around the clock to determine the events leading of the tragic death of a 13-year-old girl,†Blodgett said. “We will continue our diligent pursuit of justice for this victim.â€

I don't know if one just treats this as a local story, it's getting a lot of attention. All cities have crimes, so, sometimes, I'm unsure about posting some stories but this is awful certainly.
