@austingirl He evidently thought making a joke of it, would fix it. I've seen a number of films where the husband was being sworn in, and the wife being handled by Biden. There is one where Biden is behind the woman and put his right hand around her, close to her breast. You can see the woman put her hand over his to stop his hand from going any further, all the while with Biden is close to her ear saying something. His other hand is on her left shoulder. She is caught there. I felt really sorry for her when I saw that. That is the one that did it for me about Biden. I still say why didn't Biden's wife say something to stop his doing that, or someone one else in his circle of people, tell him to stop doing that.
He is too "out of it" mentally to be President. He was a chair sitter while Vice-President, doing whatever Obama told him to do, therefore he was no threat to Obama.
