MSNBC primetime host Rachel Maddow brought in her worst weekly ratings of the year last week, following the conclusion of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

News broke of Robert Mueller submitting his conclusion to Attorney General William Barr shortly before the close of business on Friday, March 22. Last week’s television ratings were the first full week of coverage since the conclusion of the investigation into whether or not the Trump campaign colluded with Russian officials.

What is going on inside the madhouse that passes for Madcow's mind? Did she really believe Mueller would find collusion, or was she just leading her gullible faithful on for ratings?
Just imagine a conservative talking head devoting scads of time to the hope that Hillary Clinton or Obama would get indicted. Their ratings would dive too.

 She built her viewers hopes up every week that impeachment was around the corner based on collusion.

Now that they didn’t get that, there’s no reason for them to tune into her show anymore

Yes, I believe she actually deeply believes that Trump colluded with Russians.  They just can't prove it.

Just go to DemocraticUnderground.com to discover how deranged most liberals are. They just can't stop talking and thinking about Trump. The great majority of threads are about Trump and his hoped for sudden arrest and removal from office.
These people are thoroughly deranged. They've convinced themselves that although the Mueller thing fell through, the Barr disclosures will once and for all show the scope of all of Trump's "crimes," and he'll be frog-marched out of the WH in front of cheering crowds.
They simply can't let go of the Russian conspiracy hoax making me suspect that most of them have no lives other than fulminating about Trump and conservatives.
If I had let my thorough dislike of Obama dominate my life as much as their hatred of Trump dominates their lives, I'd be in a nuthouse now. Maybe that's where they all are.

BTW, there was no thread about the lunatic leftist who confronted and ranted at the old guy wearing a MAGA hat in a Starbucks in Palo Alto.
