Yup. Aside from that, what I see with Manafort is a possible violation of his 4th Amendment rights.

Kinda like police performing a random sobriety check, and then deciding to impound the car to take the tires off the wheels looking for bags of heroin.

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.
