EPA says ethanol harms the environment

Beginning in the 1980s, the federal government has adopted mandates requiring ethanol be mixed into gasoline in order to stretch out oil supplies and to save the environment.

Now the Environmental Protection Agency has finally admitted that ethanol does more harm than good.
