Judge Tosses Bill de Blasio’s Global Warming Lawsuit

NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio is going to be steaming hot over this: A judge looked at his lawsuit against the big oil companies for causing global warming a said “naw.†De Blasio’s lawsuit was tossed which ironically has made him warmer as I’m sure he’s burning with rage. Maybe he can sue the judge for causing “de Blasio warming†or as it has been euphemistically rebranded “de Blasio change.â€

The documents Klasfeld provided don’t give a clue as to why the suit was dismissed, other than it was tossed with prejudice. It also doesn’t make a lot of sense. The judge is a leftist loony who completely believes in the man-made globe warming myth, even claiming the oil companies are the #1 contributor to it. If he’s on de Blasio’s side in this insanity, why’d he throw out the lawsuit?
