Three members of a YouTube travel blogging collective have died after falling over a waterfall in Canada.

Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh and Megan Scraper were part of High On Life, who post videos of their travel adventures.

The group said: "They were three of the warmest, kindest and most driven and outgoing people you could ever meet."

The article goes on to say that the 3 were banned for 5 years from US Federal land for walking in a sensitive area at Yellowstone.

Someone else in the past year, went over a waterfall. Time to stop these kinds of stunts.

Tubing over a 100' waterfall?  Sounds like they might be high on something else.

Nobody read the article, it seems.   They weren’t tubing, or trying to go over the falls.  They were swimming/wading  in the river near the top...admittedly not real bright...when the chick slipped.   The two guys tried to save her and they all went over.



Looks like ample opportunities to bounce and break on the way down.  May their families and friends find peace.

Hundreds, if not thousands, of people die every year trying to get the 'perfect selfie', or the 'perfect youtube'. I've seen them on clickbait sites. Usually they will have a title like, 'Minutes before death', or 'Last moments of Life'. When I've clicked on some of these, it is usually someone hanging off the side of a skyscraper or a bridge while trying to take a selfie at the same time. Not very bright. You couldn't do that with two hands. Why would you try it with one?

However, this particular case sounds like a simple accident.

The worst thing is when parents do terrible things to their children trying to promote youtube hits. I guess they do not know that youtube reports child abuse to law enforcement immediately. And it's a good thing they do.
