Even small amounts of processed meats and booze increase the risk of a host of cancers outlined in World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) guidelines updated every decade.

The respected global authority has unveiled a 10-point plan to cut your risk of getting cancer by up to 40%.

Brits have been told to banish favourites such as ham, burgers and hot dogs from their diets by experts who say they are a direct cause of bowel cancer.

Processed meats also cause people to be overweight which can trigger many more cancers.

If it feels good, looks good or tastes good, it's bad for you...according to the experts. 

Look, I do my best to live a healthy life, but there are some things in life one has to indulge in sometimes in order to make life livable.  Otherwise, you might as well be dead.

I don't know, but to be fair, it seems there are many of these so-called "experts" all over the world who are hellbent on making other people's lives miserable. 

Now that it is grilling season, the "experts" here are coming out with their annual "barbecuing causes cancer" warning.  I've been hearing that since at least the 1960s (back then it was the charcoal that was going to kill you).  I've been grilling or going to barbecues for years and I'm still cancer-free. 

They are all full of horse manure.
