Boatload of illegal aliens captured near U.S. coast (photos)

Instead of crossing the border, 13 illegal aliens from Mexico decided to just go around it, but were spotted by the United States Coast Guard before they could make it to shore Saturday morning.
According to a report by NBC San Diego, the engine had apparently failed on the board, and the people on board appeared to be paddling with makeshift oars.
