I think Harvey has re-written risk analysis on many fronts.  There were homes a 1/4 mile from me that took water on to the roof.  (In what was deemed Flood Zone X)
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.
