As I have noted before, new capacity additions from onshore wind and solar projects has dried up since the withdrawal of subsidies via ROC and CfD.
John Constable has analysed data from the government’s Renewable Energy Planning Database, which gives an idea of future investment, and comes to the same conclusion:
