Really?  Most places offer a state ID for those who don't necessarily drive.

The test is by appointment only, with a 30-60 day wait... I missed one appointment due to illness, and I took the test on the next appointment and failed. I find that at my age, recalling explicit numbers is a difficulty. I KNOW how far to stop from a train track, but if you want it in numbers, you'll have to look it up.

Maybe I should study? That's cold. Of course I studied. I studied my ass off.

60 day wait, and driver's license surrendered. If I have to drive, and I get caught, I'd be in a much better position with an expired license than no license at all

While I think the Roy Moore quote is being distorted  (being a focus of evil doesn't mean you're evil, necessarily. ..it might mean "a target of evil"), your words don't make sense either, @bigheadfred.
