A wild car chase through Nevada County ended with a crash and an arrest Tuesday afternoon.

Ian Gonzales fled from just north of Red Bluff after allegedly opening fire during a domestic dispute Tuesday morning, the Record Searchlight reported. Tehama County Sheriff’s deputies pursued Gonzales as he drove east, eventually partnering with personnel from the California Highway Patrol-Grass Valley, Nevada City Police Department, CHP-Valley Division Air Operations and Nevada County Sheriff’s Office to capture the suspect.
