Black Girl Sues School Because She Had To Share Valedictorian With White Girl

This is certainly a case of racism, just not like how the liberal media is portraying it. A black high school student is suing the school because she was “forced” to share valedictorian honors with a white girl. The white girl had the exact same GPA as the black girl, but somehow it’s racist that they were both named valedictorian. Liberals are outraged that the black girl wasn’t given exclusive rights to head of the class and if they weren’t liberals they could see what a f*cked up racist thing that is.

I think the White girl should sue. Obviously, the only reason the Black girl has the same GPA is because of affirmative action. The White girl should sue for having to share the award with a Black girl. Counterclaim, and sue the Black girl's parents for defamation while you are at it. Fire with fire.

The suit alleges the white girl had a lower GPA.

The author of the piece assumes GPAs were private.  In my high school, the honor roll GPAs were posted publicly.

And an adjustment was made for Honors and Regents level classes when determining Honor Roll and valedictorian., so students weren't penalized as much for harder classes. Maybe that's the discrepancy here. Pure speculation.

The taxpayers are spending money to defend the school; which must also help race relations. I missed the remarks by the plaintiff's father.

This is my speculation. I don't have access to the real data, but my guess is that the school wanted to be PC so they bumped the Black student's grades to qualify for valedictorian so they would finally have a Black honoree. But instead of being appreciative of being given the award, the Black student sues instead. That's what you get for trying to be nice.


This whole thing smells more like a money-grab than a legitimate 'grievance'. It is probably being encouraged by the fact that most schools and colleges immediately settle with a monetary reward every time a Black person yells BOO! about racism. Anything you reward you get more of. And academia has done nothing but reward racism lawsuits for decades. This is the result.
