Democratic California Sen. Kamala Harris was silenced during the testimony of Attorney General Jeff Sessions when she refused to let him fully answer her questions.

The California senator tried to lock Sessions in a rapid fire question-and-answer style that didn’t allow Sessions to give full answers to her line of questioning.

As well she should be. She wasn't asking anything noteworthy. All she was attempting to do was trap Sessions into saying something that later she would say he lied about. Then repeatedly asking what law allows him not to answer. Maybe the same one that allows her to act like a jackass.

Not a Harris fan, but I always hated when the Obama people were able to filibuster through the time allocated to the questioner. I think the time limits should apply to the length of time for questions and the person sitting in the hot seat should be allowed all the time he/she needs to answer.

Yep. Add young into the plus column as far as the shock troops are concerned. A lot of the GOTV foot soldiers who'd be lukewarm about Warren simply because of her age will be motivated.

She has some big downsides. One, she is a California democrats which fails to add a swing state. Second, she is black, and dems already have black voters. Third she is a woman, and dems already have women voters.

IOW short version, she adds no additional demographic, to what they already have.
