Trump doesn't think anything through. He sees this "rigged" line as covering his ass when he loses.He only thinks of himself.
Oh, I think he is thinking it through. Making followers appear they are part of a mutual conspiracy against them builds loyalty. Like people who go through a tragedy together. He is creating a victim class he can lead through whatever he has planned. It is how BLM leaders exploit people through making them all feel they are victims of a conspiracy against them.
