Texas Rigged? Reports Of Voting Machines Switching Votes To Hillary In Texas

by Tyler Durden
Oct 25, 2016 10:55 AM

Over the weekend we wrote about a Podesta email that clearly spelled out, in detail, exactly how to "manufacture" polling data by "oversampling" certain demographic groups that are overwhelmingly democrat leaning.  Here are a couple of recommendations from the email:

I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling.

    -  General election benchmark, 800 sample, with potential over samples in key districts/regions
    -  Benchmark polling in targeted races, with ethnic over samples as needed
    -  Targeting tracking polls in key races, with ethnic over samples as needed

I mentioned on another thread, we need to see video of this actually happening. Stories like this pop up in all recent elections.

..the problem here, and why we need video, is what they are describing is a very messy hack on the machines.

A good hack wouldn't change the votes where the voters can actually see the change and put up a red flag to problems. A good hack would simply change the vote totals outside of the voter's eyes, as the tally is uploaded.

As soon as the Amarillo story popped up, several people on our local news station's website jumped up to claim they saw it happen in our county, yet the report could find no case where anyone complained formally to an election judge. The accounts that claimed they saw it happen appeared to be all troll accounts.

It's a hoax:

WHAT'S FALSE: Reports are not flooding in from across Texas about vote switching, and most anecdotes are identical with localities changed.

LOL, good timing Sink, literally a few seconds ago the local reporter I mentioned above, posted the same thing. They have been digging in and can't find any actual complaints to election judges.. and you would think with all these complaints, someone would mention it to an election judge....

Trumpanzees don't believe snopes.

They don't need to, they can go to the source Snopes provided and find the source accusation that started it all, was found to be human error.

They still won't believe it.  The election is rigged.  Their Orange god said so.

It's an old hoax too.

It's a strange phenomena, but once a story gets out there lots of eye witness pop up that never would have if the story never got published in the first place. Happens to lots of news stories, clown sightings etc. There's a good sci-fi short story about this phenomena by C.M. Kornbluth called The Silly Season.
“The way I see it, every time a man gets up in the morning he starts his life over. Sure, the bills are there to pay, and the job is there to do, but you don't have to stay in a pattern. You can always start over, saddle a fresh horse and take another trail.” ― Louis L'Amour

I bet you could go to DU or FR and find members who encourage planting of these stories to create doubt... then they refer back to the planted stories as confirmation of their belief.

It is like freeping polls then going back to the freeped polls as evidence of your point.

Don't look now, but election officials in Chambers County (Baytown, TX area), have changed to paper ballots after finding a glitch in the straight party voting.
Didn't mention which party, that I saw.

  • All deserve a trial if accused
These things seem to happen every election, I remember stories like this from last time and interestingly enough, they were against the GOP candidate as well.

Chambers County election, from Breitbart news:

"Chambers County Clerk Heather Hawthorne told Breitbart Texas Tuesday morning that all electronic voting was temporarily halted until her office completes a “software update” on ES&S machines that otherwise “omit one race” when a straight ticket option is selected for either major party. The Texas 14th Court of Appeals race was reported to be the contest in which voters commonly experienced the glitch."

So I guess it is rigged for both parties?

Actually, they caught the glitch and asked voters to double check their ballots before they left.
They said they would have things back to normal by tonight.

Seems like this glitch just screwed up a Court race, bad enough, but not a rigging, unless both judges were as bad as our current major POTUS candidates.

Now, rigging these to drop off both POTUS candidates altogether maybe an idea........

Maybe it is human error, maybe not. Ever notice how these reports always seem to change the votes to Dem, though?
How to lose credibility while posting:
1. Trump is never wrong.
2. Default to the most puerile emoticon you can find. This is especially useful when you can't win an argument on merits.
3. Be falsely ingratiating, completely but politely dismissive without talking to the points, and bring up Hillary whenever the conversation is really about conservatism.
4. When all else fails, remember rule #1 and #2. Emoticons are like the poor man's tweet!

Voters in Texas say machines changed Trump votes to Clinton, but elections officials insist it's just user error

I can see how this story got out. Word was spread everyone was voting for a Liberal.
