SUNNYVALE — The federal government on Thursday cracked down on a Silicon Valley college, popular with students from India, by revoking the for-profit school’s ability to recruit foreign nationals.
The move comes a year and a half after former Herguan University CEO Jerry Wang pleaded guilty in federal court to providing false documents to the Department of Homeland Security.
