In his speech Monday on national security and terrorism, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke out against the atrocities committed by ISIS toward Christians.

Trump said:

Only days ago, an ISIS killer invaded a Christian church in Normandy France, forced an 85-year-old priest to his knees, and slit his throat before his congregation.

Overseas, ISIS has carried out one unthinkable atrocity after another. Children slaughtered, girls sold into slavery, men and women burned alive. Crucifixions, beheadings and drownings. Ethnic minorities targeted for mass execution. Holy sites desecrated. Christians driven from their homes and hunted for extermination. ISIS rounding-up what it calls the “nation of the cross” in a campaign of genocide. We cannot let this evil continue.

Nor can we let the hateful ideology of Radical Islam – its oppression of women, gays, children, and nonbelievers – be allowed to reside or spread within our own countries.

“We will defeat Radical Islamic Terrorism, just as we have defeated every threat we have faced in every age before,” Trump said. “But we will not defeat it with closed eyes, or silenced voices.”

Check out Newts analysis on this speech, he makes this observation regarding Trump and Clinton:

Yes.  As was claimed elsewhere by a Trump supporter, if Donald started shooting people on the street, the true Trump fan would be right beside him with his own gun.

I know all of his people aren't like that, but there are far too many who are.

Do you have any concrete proof of that??

Because his total disregard of the Constitution, and his plan to rule the country by his own will belie that opinion.

I haven't seen one whit of evidence that he loves anything other than Donald.
