Donald Trump: ‘I love the poorly educated’

Donald Trump easily won the Nevada Republican caucuses on Tuesday, finishing more than 20 points ahead of Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and cementing his status as the frontrunner for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination.

In his victory speech, the billionaire real estate mogul thanked his family, his friends and his wide swath of supporters.

“We won the evangelicals,” Trump said. “We won with young. We won with old. We won with highly educated. We won with poorly educated. I love the poorly educated.”

That last line was, as you might expect, the sound bite of the night. Indeed, “I love the poorly educated” was trending on Twitter early Wednesday morning, with users expressing a mix of bewilderment, consternation and other big words such supporters might not understand.

This is only one in a long line of "Trumpisms" between now and possibly eight or nine years from now.  Might as well get used to them.

Another great one from that speech was when he called one of his son's a rifle!

Of course he loves the poorly educated. 

They're the target of his sales spiels from Trump University, Trump Steaks, Trump Home, Trump Natural Spring Water, Trump Fragrance, Trump Publications.

And then there are his casinos, bilking saps out of their hard earned money.   

Trump has built his fortune on the backs of the poorly educated.

In fairness, he owns quite a few properties that are favored by the very well-educated as well, such as Doral Country Club and the many Trump high-end condos in NYC.  Personally, I have never been much enamored by his veneer-loving tastes, but I have not failed to notice that others seem to be.

He used the line before in other recent speaches, except he included fat people, skinny people.    To me it sounded like the writers of the old Armour Hot Dogs  commercial helped him write that portion of his speech. If he included people with chicken pox, then I would be sure of it.
