Zaria Shia Massacre: New Plots to Arrest Islamic Movement of Nigeria Leaders Uncovered
ZARIA, Nigeria - AhlulBayt News Agency - On Sunday, 3rd January, 2016, district heads and divisional police officers held a secret meeting in Salanken Zazzau's office in order to devise ways of arresting and detaining members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the stewardship of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and their leaders in Zaria.
The secret meeting was held at 1 to 2 o'clock pm and was attended by various district heads, notable police officers and some military brass. At the end of the retreat, they had arrived at a decision that unnamed Shias would track down and detained.
A prison in Zaria has already relocated more than one hundred arrested Shias so that the enlisted Shias will fill the void once they are arrested.
