Mind-Blowing Statistics on Foreigners Taking U.S. Jobs

Citizens are losing jobs to immigrants, many of whom are illegal, and they are losing big.
Mark Levin reviewed some of the statistics on his show Thursday evening.
Between 2000 and 2014, 127,000 fewer U.S. born citizens were working in the first quarter of 2014. All the new jobs went to immigrants, many of them here illegally.
From 2000 to 2014, there were 5.7 million more immigrants working than native-born citizens. This is while the total population of working-age native-born citizens increased by more than 16.8 million.
From 2000 to 2014, while citizens accounted for 66% of the total population growth, immigrants accounted for 100% of the employment growth in the United States.
The working class is growing faster than jobs are being created and the increasing supply of immigrants makes finding employment incredibly difficult, Levin stated.
Half of all unemployed workers were younger people, between the ages of 16 and 34. The drive to increase the minimum wage is making it worse. The BLS reported in 2012 that the labor participation rate for teens (16 to 19 years) trying to get jobs was a third. In 2002, this same group was at 47% labor participation rate. It’s getting worse.
By 2022, only a quarter of teens will be working according to the BLS. Those numbers are worse than Greece.
“This is due in large part due to our immigration policies,” Levin said.
The labor participation rate for individuals between 20 and 24 was 71% in 2012. In 2002, it was 76.5%. By 2022, it will drop to 67.3%.
Pew Research reveals that in 2012, 63% of those between the ages of 18 and 31 had jobs down from 70%.
On average, unlawful immigrant households received over $24,000 a household in government benefits and services in 2010 while they paid only $10,000 in taxes.
Unlawful immigrant households receive $2.40 per household in benefits for every dollar paid in taxes. Why wouldn’t people come here illegally?
The primary reason people are coming here is for the entitlement state.
Many Libertarians see immigration as beneficial but Levin quoted Milton Friedman who said you can’t have an entitlement State at the same time you have open borders.
Many immigrants are not assimilating. They don’t care about federalism and free market Capitalism. They are interested in the free stuff.
In ten years, there will be more foreigners than the population of half a dozen major cities combined. In New York and California, four in ten were born outside the United States.
Republicans are very concerned about getting the Hispanic vote but they won’t get the Hispanic vote as history as shown us. Instead of fighting massive immigration, they are trying to find a way to get the votes of the people flooding in for our welfare state. Republicans can’t compete with the freebies Democrats hand out.
Despite the disaster that was Jimmy Carter, he won 56% of the Latino vote while Reagan won the general election in a landslide. Dukakis got 69% of the Hispanic vote, George H.W. Bush got 34 % but won California. Republicans can no longer win California in just 30 years. What happened to California is what is happening to the entire country.
Clinton won 61% of vote, while H.W. Bush got 25% of the vote.
In 1996 Dole won 22% of the Latino vote. In 2000 George W. Bush won 34% of the Latino vote while Al Gore won 62%. In 2004, Kerry won 58% and Bush won 40% while pushing amnesty
Romney faired no better with 27% to Obama’s 71%.
Republicans are close to never winning another presidential election which means the U.S. will be a one party State. The leftists don’t care about our culture, our Constitution, our laws or our economy. Crony Capitalism, Big Labor, corrupt politicians rule the day. They certainly don’t care about our safety.
