Judge Jeanine Pirro: Obama And Kerry Are Like Abbott And Costello

During her opening statement on last night’s Justice, Judge Jeanine Pirro compared the Obama administration’s characteristic ineptitude to a famous comedy routine performed by Bud Abbott and Lou Costello.
“Is it me, or does nothing out of Washington make sense these days?” Pirro asked her audience.
Then, she played a clip of Secretary of State John Kerry trumpeting to Congress, just this past Wednesday, that our nation is currently safer from the threat of terrorism than is normally the case. That was followed by another clip of National Intelligence Director James Clapper’s statement on Thursday that 2014 will prove to be the most lethal year for global terrorism within the last 45 years.
That sounds like a disconnect, no?
Pirro laughed and said that “it’s almost like these guys are auditioning to replace that old comedy duo Abbott and Costello.”
Then, she played another clip. This time, it was vintage footage of the aforementioned comedy duo performing their famous “Who’s on First?” routine.
If only this was a comedy.
