Teens are getting their caffeine fix in a way never thought of before. They're smoking it.

Coffee smoking is a dangerous new trend that's going viral among teens.

We've heard of people eating coffee beans, but smoking them is a whole other thing.

There are websites popping up online that will teach kids step-by-step on how to roll their own caffeine stick.

"We're about to legalize marijuana all over the United States. I think we can live with a few bean heads."

But the side effects can be dangerous. People have reported trouble breathing, dizziness, vomiting and even hallucinations.

No, we can't.

Other side effects include heavy framed glasses, trilby wearing, pants too tight around the calves, a fondness for cravats and leaching free wifi. Bitching about the script you will some day finish is optional. An intense urge to move to Seattle should be reported to your doctor immediately.

Don't worry, Big Brother will come in to rescue the children and regulate the sale of coffee beans. Of course, teenagers being teenagers, they'll move on to something else, like smoking oregano or thyme, in which case, Big Brother will once again save the day. Before you know it, the entire grocery store will be regulated.

The sad part is I predict some of the first calls for this may come from our side.

smoking coffee for the caffeine is probably to drinking coffee what crack is to snorting cocaine.  That would probably explain those nasty side-effects.

I dunno.....burning coffee is an old trick that the police use at crime scenes to cut the smell; but have you ever smelled burning coffee beans??  I cannot imagine what kind of toxic crap burning beans produce, exclusive of caffeine IF any of it survives burning at all, but I do know I would not want to inhale much of it by accident much less deliberately.

Shooting "krocodil" supposedly feels kinda like a heroin high.....except it rots your body from the inside out.........
