Illegal Alien In North Carolina Has Been Arrested 20 Times

On May 4, Oscar Manuel Montano, 23, was arrested in Forsyth County and charged with various offenses, including driving while intoxicated, two counts of failing to register as a sex offender and violating an order of protection.
Montano’s arrest was just one in a long string of recent arrests for the illegal alien.
