Soldiers remain hospitalized a week after Golden Knights parachute accident
By: Meghann Myers
Two soldiers are still in care at a Miami-area hospital a week after three members of the U.S. Army Parachute Team were injured in a Feb. 12 training accident, according to an Army Recruiting Command spokeswoman.
Both soldiers were initially listed in critical condition after being airlifted to the medical center, with a third who was in serious condition. The third has since been released from the hospital, Kelli Bland told Army Times on Tuesday.
One of the soldiers initially listed in critical condition has since been upgraded to serious condition, she said.

This sort of thing is extremely rare. Only the most experienced jumpers are ever accepted for the Golden Knights.
