Catholic School Student In Viral Video with Native American Elder Condemns 'Outright Lies'
The Kentucky high school student whose face-off with a Native American tribal elder went viral said on Sunday he wished to “correct misinformation and outright lies†about the incident.

Never a story that isn’t the right time to smear someone falsely. Putting this boy in danger as he gets death threats for an event that never happened. The Redstate link has the full video. It was the kids who were victims of the taunting of these “Black Israelites†and the Native American who walked right to the kid and began drumming and staring him down. The only thing the kid did was smile.
Another example of the lefts desperate need to portray anyone who supports Trump as monsters. Thankfully there is video of the event. I watched it. Believe me its hard with all the hate these "black Israelites" are spewing.

Reporters and social media trolls were in such a hurry with their racist slant on this incident they completely steam rolled the truth. Thankfully there were people there who recorded the entire incident so the whole truth will now be known.

The initial reaction to this 'story' is a mere symptom of the malady that infects our society and our nation now. Formerly called Liberalism, it is, in fact, Leftism. The rush to judgement of any and all things Christian, of all things on the political right, and of all things patriotic (like the National Anthem). Those (here) that rushed to that same judgment should check their motives and their so-called judgment... since it reeks of "leftie thinking" (pardon the oxymoron). If they don't like that reality, they probably should work to change their perceptions and their penchant to rush to the same judgment that the hate-spewing left always rushes to.

I'd like to see an intentional, organized "Fake News" campaign by the Trump admin aimed at CNN, referencing specifically their pick up of the discredited Buzzfeed reports regarding the Mueller investigation, and reporting on this issue. "Fake News" call outs seem to make CNN go bezerk with defensiveness; were I in the Trump admin's communication strategy, I would make some heads explode there, perhaps by using this as a rationale to revoke CNN's credentials for WH press briefings for some period of time.

Well... if you are interested in the political situation in this nation ... you force yourself to read everything you can read up on. Hell, I forced myself to go to CPUSA.com the other day to see what they were up to. Haven't done that in a while. In the past I frequented that commie cesspool 'regularly'. You have to read the propaganda from the left in order to assess what you're up against currently, since it changes daily. It gets worse and has gotten worse over the years. The enemy we are up against now has thoroughly infiltrated the US Congress, our intelligence agencies and every other aspect of our society. So wake the hell up, folks. We're not 'winning' this battle from the looks of all their "Progress".

Without commenting on the banning of any source, i think it’d be a healthy thing if we started looking at news outlets like Stormfront and CNN as mirror reflections of each other, the only difference being the former is open about its hateful derangement.

Well some of the news have not retracted their story. And Red State is now reporting that this Native American could be lying about being Vietnam Vet. Whether he is or isn't he is a liar. I watched his video about how he was so afraid. But clearly he walked toward the kids and stood in front of the one taunting him.
He's a professional protester. Some lefties make careers out of it.

On the CNN thing. Do you realize that it's on the TV in almost every public place? I went to see my MIL in the nursing home last night and it was blaring from every TV in the place! It's all many people ever hear by way of news. I see nothing wrong with posting CNN stories. The readers hear know what CNN is and remaining aware is wise. Something in the "know your enemy" line.
Just something I've noticed. Most of the time when a thread reaches more than 4 pages, the majority of that is some kind of personal conflict between two or more individuals. I usually don't even click on those posts. Now when its 4 or more pages of real discussion or amusing or insightful commentary I am THRILLED.

They should all be held up to the light of day and the posters who post crap from places like that should be held to defend that posting. But, we should serve as disinfectant not just sweep the stuff we don’t like under the rug and pretend it doesn’t exist. Thus anything that is put on that other side of the line should be done so onlybwith careful deliberation.

Why yes. There is a reason I am jumping on you for baiting me on this thread. That reason would be that you came late to the dance and started commenting on posts from days ago. By late to the dance I mean the band was packed up and doing lines of coke back at the hotel room and the attendees were up at Lovers Lane making out. By Lovers Lane I mean some out of the way place to park that isn't routinely patrolled by the police, but not necessarily a road or lane. By police I don't mean state police but more like a local constabulary or township rookie who is more inclined to be nosy about a car with people in it parked at night.
In short I am suggesting that maybe you gloss through an old thread to see where it ended up days later to see if the comment you want to make is either germane to the current discussion or the poster you are responding to is still alive.

By police I don't mean state police but more like a local constabulary or township rookie who is more inclined to be nosy about a car with people in it parked at night.
In short I am suggesting that maybe you gloss through an old thread to see where it ended up days later to see if the comment you want to make is either germane to the current discussion or the poster you are responding to is still alive.

Nothing wrong with going to the field for that, but I don't think it's an apt analogy. What's been suggested is we don't post (ignore) stories from biased sources, and I don't agree with that. We need to see the cow shit to know what we're arguing with when we talk to people who don't post here, or we end up speaking from ignorance. I would not want to become what we accuse liberals of being.

Okay, @aligncare yeah, @Amb. Frank Cannon is strange because if he had any reading comprehension and didn't spend all his time thinking of his next post, he would realize that I am one of the FEW people here who consistently defends him.
On another topic, a few people have chosen to criticize me because I read this thread from the beginning and commented as I went.
I kinda want to do the right thing but I didn't realize that was the wrong thing. So, are we required, or is it proper TBR etiquette, to refrain from posting until we've read the entire thread?

I don't know if there's an unwritten rule, but it's considered good Netiquette to read the whole thread first, to see if somebody already made the point one wants to make. Unfortunately, that's a little difficult when that means reading a few hundred posts, and I sometimes fail to read it first, too. :shrug:
