World News / Re: WEF Demands Limits on Car Ownership Among General Public

Don't worry, now that they've instituted EPA mandates that will effectively force all new cars to be electric in 8 years, and since they aren't approving the construction of new power plants sufficient to provide all the electricity necessary to supply an all-electric national vehicle fleet, there will be severe limits on who gets to own a car, in about 8 short years.

Wow. Great read in its entirety.

Yep. The Harrison Butker Commencement Speech is an eye opener.
He did say what was wrong with Bad policies, poor leadership impacting major life issues.

Like:
Abortion, IVF, surrogacy, euthanasia and support for degenerate cultural values,
Getting our own house in order, starting with our leaders including bishops and priests,
Selecting our shepherds who are not more concerned with keeping the doors open to the Chancery
than they are saying that difficult stuff out loud,
Shepard's need to stay in their lane and lead.
There is nothing natural about Catholic birth control.

Current disorder, dysfunction and chaos is set in this absence of men in the home is what plays a large role
in the violence we see all around the nation.

Yes he supports the tenants of being Catholic and addresses things requiring a complete reversal.

No wonder the Woke hate him so much for saying religious and common sense at a Catholic University
setting. It is the same reason I support his observations even though I am not Catholic.

I am Lutheran.

The helicopter was one of a convoy of three and foreign minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, Friday prayer Imam Seyyed Mohammad-Ali Al-Hashem and other high-ranking officials were also reportedly on the helicopter with the president.

Is it too much to ask weathermen to simply report on the weather and stay OUT of politics?

Same as when sports-news starts political campaigning and jabs. Can't you just present the scores and shut-up about your personal politics? The answer is overwhelmingly, 'NO'.

Read this on Facebook. Thought i would share it. 🤣🤣🤣

I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.

The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking.

My wife walked by and asked me what I was doing, and I said, "Nothing."

The reason I said "nothing" instead of saying "just thinking" is because she then would have asked, "About what?"

At that point I would have had to explain that men are deep thinkers about various topics, which would lead to other questions.

Finally I pondered an age old question: Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?

Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts, but how could they know?

Well, after another beer, and some more heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with an answer to that question.

Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby, and even though I obviously couldn't really know, here is the reason for my conclusion:

A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."
But you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts."

I rest my case.

Time for another beer. Then maybe a nap.
