A “radical” Jordanian national living in Texas was allegedly plotting an attack on Houston’s Jewish community before he was arrested on gun charges.
Sohaib Abuayyash, 20, had been studying how to build bombs and posted about his support for killing Jews, federal officials claim.
“He has viewed specific and detailed content posted by radical organizations on the internet, including lessons on how to construct bombs or explosive devices,” FBI Director Chris Wray told the Senate Homeland Security Committee, though he declined to identify Abuayyash by name.
“And that defendant has made statements to others that support the killing of individuals of particular religious faiths.”
Abuayyash even allegedly made a direct reference in one social media post about an event in Houston for the Jewish community, according to court documents obtained by CNN.
It did not include details about the target and time of the alleged attack.

Round up all non-American Muslims and kick them out of the country. Just to be safe.

It really needs to go beyond that. Immediate deportation for those who are not U.S. citizens period.
There is a 'loophole' though that needs to be discussed and decided; if the parents of a child are here ILLEGALLY should the entire family be deported, or is a child who is born on U.S. soil to parents that are here illegally become U.S. citizens? I take the stand that children born here whose parents are here illegally are NOT U.S. citizens.
The 14th Amendment of the Constitution is not specific enough and needs to be ruled on or an amendment to the Constitution is needed.

Abuayyash entered the US on a non-immigrant visa, which expired in 2019.....
the FBI made the decision to move forward with the most immediate charge available — the unlawful possession of firearms
So the ******* Muzzie was 4 years an full fledged illegal (and ignored, yes even under Trump's time)... then the charges mentioned don't dare mention arresting the scum on being illegal. I want a free mulligan if I do something wrong... Opps, I would like to strike that one charge out, here is my get out of jail token. /s
He is surrounded with known terrorist enablers and that gets all but ignored in a liberal hellhole in Texas (Austin is probable worse than Houston).
The scum posts pictures in an obvious gun store with an AR style semi-auto that I am sure some of his buddies bought for him. Will they be charged too, doubtful.

Agreed, the 14th has been misinterpreted for too long. Remove it, amend it, to stop anchor babies. It long intended use ended over a hundred+ years ago.
