It is gratifying, to see that Dallas Texas is joining the enlightened jurisdictions, such as Sacramento, San Francisco, Portland and "Freattle," by excusing crime.

There is newfound hope in The OC (Calif), as Laguna Beach City Council voted 4-1 to KEEP American flags on police cara.
