Poll: Dems Don’t Like Omar, AOC Either
A poll of swing districts released on Sunday undeniably revealed that Democratic voters despise Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN)-and that these America-hating politicians could cost the Democrats the White House and Nancy Pelosi her gavel in 2020. The main grievance: socialism. Not only did a mere 22% of voters have a favorable view of Ocasio-Cortez and 9% of Omar, but 69% of those polled viewed socialism unfavorably. That might explain why Pelosi is so anxious to throw AOC and her cadre under the Democratic bus. Thankfully, AOC’s not-so-bright outlook on party politics may guarantee Pelosi’s worst nightmare.
