And how is that different than tornados or hurricanes?

Or blizzards or forest fires?

All of that puts this tragedy in perspective

Why would any sane person live near an active fault zone knowing it might kill their family at any day?

And how is that different than tornados or hurricanes?

Karen's plan will turn out well.  Just as planned.

The next major earthquake in LA or San Francisco is inevitable, too. The question is one of when it will happen, and how bad it will be. The ability to integrate flow/water level data and basin geometry (hydrology), and predict downstream flood crests and timing exists, it just has not been implemented in a way that provides accurate and timely warnings that will jar someone out of a sleepy stupor at 4 AM in time for them to get to safety.

I can see having at least one flash flood drill for things like summer camps (where many of the kids are from elsewhere) per session so the kids are at least exposed to what to do and where to go if things start going badly.

So why do you accept deficit projections as gospel?

I don't. I base my determinations upon the annual cost of government. THAT is gospel. Projections certainly have value in that you can get a feel for quarterly cost as an example, and plot the course as it were, but I have said over and over the bottom line is the cost of government. I do that annually by rule of thumb... Drilling down might get more formal.

No she is not.

She is stealing law-abiding taxpayer money and giving it to criminals.

Oh, look ⬆️⬆️. Epstein's gonna stop Trump's administration and momentum in their tracks --- and democrats didn't have to say a word.

Praise God!

Do I trust Bongino MORE? Absolutely.  But now let me blow your minds...

Bongino is expendable. (IF we had to choose. We don't.) Bondi is not. Why?

Do you want to give up the prosecutions that are underway and the fights against activist judges (where she's doing good work), and have ANOTHER confirmation battle where Tillis votes as a defacto Dem, and Dems use it as a media cudgel against everything Trump is doing? Do you want the Senate focused on trying to get a maybe but not definitely SLIGHTLY better AG, or passing recission cuts?

This isn't hard. Don't give scalps.
