Illegal Alien Raped, Impregnated, And Murdered Teenage Step-Daughter

You know those illegal alien rapists from Mexico that liberals say don’t exist? Well, they exist. An illegal alien from Mexico raped, impregnated, and then murdered his 15-year-old step-daughter in Texas on Monday. Besides the non-shocker that some undocumented border-jumpers are scumbag criminals, this story also comes with the unsurprising fact that Immigration and Customs Enforcement had this bleep in custody twice but let him go to commit his evil acts.
The Houston Chronicle reports that 35-year-old Armando Garcia-Ramires, an illegal alien from Mexico, had a longstanding inappropriate relationship with teenager Jennifer Delgado. She was 15 at the time he killed her and 9-months pregnant with his child. She also had a 1-year-old son with Ramires, which means he was probably raping her since she was 13 or 14.
