I'm not afraid of things I can't control...but I am afraid of clowns, spiders, snakes, heights etc...

I'm afraid of cancer or one of my loved ones getting sick.
Other that that, on the list...not too much. The poll didn't ask what I don't like. Spiders, snakes and the like. But they don't scare me.

But it's not that easy to quantify.
Bears - I ain't AFRAID of bears.
But you'd have to be an idiot not to have some fear involved when a bear is fixing to attack you and you are not prepared. Heck, even if you are prepared.
Fire - I ain't afraid of fire.
but uncontrolled fire is another thing altogether. Take a stroll through a full on forest fire and see if you have fear. You will.
Heights - Not afraid of heights. been dangling on 165 ft of rope 600 feet up a cliff...
But while you're dangling and a piece of pro comes loose... and you hit the next and it comes loose...
Well, fear is likely to be the main event at that point.

I think I may be on reasonable terms with God, I think I could talk with Chuck and get along okay.
