Title: Breaking Bad Question
Post by: flowers on August 12, 2013, 02:54:01 pm
On last nights episode at the beginning he went to his old house and unscrewed a electrical plate cover and took something that was taped to it. Does anyone know what it was?

Been on a Breaking Bad marathon this past week.  LOL!

In the middle of Season 5.

Terrific writing...terrific acting...terrific screenplay and script.  Easy to see how he's won Best Actor 3 years in a row.

They can make a riveting episode out of a simple one-on-one conversation.  It's how good it is.

My favorite season is when Gus dies.

One of the best television series ever!  Why can't the rest of television be THIS good?

I liked BB but I liked Justified even more.

I tried to watch Justified, but I couldn't get over how much it WAS NOT anything like the location in Kentucky it's supposed to take place in.  Had to wonder if the producers of the show have ever even BEEN in that part of Kentucky!  Just wasn't realistic to me.

They shot it at a Disney studio in California.

Yes, I knew he claimed to be Irish.  But he also said he chose Goodman to please the Jewish clique.

Right now Jimmy has a gun to Walter's head because the chemical is MIA and he wants OUT.

Then, as difficult as it was, I turned on the Caps/Rangers game.

Netflix HD is $8.99 per month.

I would pay $50 each month.  It's the best bargain since the nickel candybar.

Did i miss something?

Holly said moma in the bathroom , Walt realized he couldn't keep her so he dropped her off at a fire station.

Marvel Daredevil (Netflix) is off the hook good.

First one I watched was Daredevil.   Thought it was terrific.  Wasn't too crazy about Private Pyle playing the bad guy, but he didn't spoil it.

My buddy told me that if I liked Daredevil, I was going to LOVE Arrow.   I did.   BTW, did you notice how much his mother looks exactly like Hillary Clinton once did?   .....if she was a vegan and lived at the gym, I mean.   LOL!

Then I watched Longmire, which was off the hook too.   Netflix just added the 3rd season last week, but had to get thru Breaking Bad.

Was totally off in my thinking about BB.   I thought it was more like The Wire, which I wasn't too crazy about.  Boy, was I wrong.

Damn!

Until the last few seconds, I thought he was going to reach under his shirt and rip off the leaking plastic baggie of blood.

Don't know how the experience was to watch it with commercials and weekly waits between episodes.

It must have been great, given the widespread acclaim from their peers and of course the viewing public.

But, to watch it uninterrupted in 3-4 hr marathons is awesome.   You get a much stronger connection with the characters.

I'm going to miss them.  The scene where he sees his sleeping toddler daughter and the good bye with his wife tore me up.

What genius...to put that all together.  All that work.  A Masterpiece.

It is better to watch without commercials.   It was a good show.
