Donald Trump and running mate Mike Pence toured some the flood damage and briefly handed out food and supplies to victims. Trump says he has lengthy history with Louisiana and the visit was his way of helping out.

He's wearing a high-buttoned up shirt and a long-sleeved black jacket. Note that most folks there (New Bern, NC) are wearing short sleeves, probably due to the heat. He's wearing a BA vest under that shirt. I don't blame him.

The Trump Administration has had an ‘All-Hands-on-Deck’ approach to this since Day 1.
