Plug-in hybrids are a ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’

It is expected that hybrid cars will also be outlawed, along with petrol and diesels, though they may be given five years grace.
The logic is that hybrids still use fossil fuels, albeit with greater fuel efficiency.
The BBC have news that they may not even be as efficient as made out:

Carbon Dioxide "emissions"...
... are NOT dangerous or hazardous in any way.
For all practical purposes, they should be... ignored.

Urbanite stupidity on top of climate alarmism. The latter makes nitwits worry about carbon dioxide (rather than the other components of auto exhaust which we really would be better off without) the former makes them think that if the electricity is generated far away where they can't see the pollution it's causing, then it's "clean energy".
