Mike Lee wrote an op-ed about the healthcare bill that pretty well sums up conservative's position.

No, the Senate healthcare bill released yesterday does not repeal Obamacare. It doesn’t even significantly reform American healthcare.
It cuts taxes. It bails out insurance companies. It props up Obamacare through the next election. It lays out plans to slow Medicaid spending beginning in 2025, but that probably won’t happen. And it leaves in place the ham-fisted federal regulations that have driven up family health insurance premiums by 140 percent since Obamacare was implemented.
As the bill is currently drafted, I won’t vote for it.
Word.
I backed the Pubs for 7 long years with the promise that they would repeal obamacare. If they don't do it now they never will. If conservatives vote for a bill that "reforms obamacare" with the argument that it's "the best we could do" I see no point in voting for them or contributing to their campaigns. It would be better to let obamacare completely collapse than to support a bill that maintains the status quo.
Correctamundo. Doing nothing at all is a far better option than either of these Republican bills. If they pass this without repealing Obamacare, then they will prove once and for all why people call them the Stupid Party. The only question that will remain is how Senate Majority Leader Schumer wants his new office decorated.
