Cohen used personal Gmail email account for invoices: testimony

Michael Cohen sent invoices from his personal email account — despite his signature block claiming to be the "Personal attorney to President Donald J. Trump," testimony shows.

Jeff McConney was shown emails by Trump attorney Emil Bove that were sent by Cohen in 2017, and Bove highlighted the signature.

"It doesn't say fixer, does it?" Bove asked, to which McConney replied, "No."

McConney confirmed that Cohen operated with his personal Gmail account, and later said he didn't know whether Cohen was doing any legal work for Trump in 2017.

Former Trump Organization controller Jeffrey McConney testified that former President Donald Trump did not personally task him with carrying out alleged hush money payments in 2017.

Asked by Trump attorney Emil Bove if Trump had asked McConney to carry out any of the tasks he earlier detailed to the prosecution, the former controller testified that Trump "did not."

McConney also testified that he did not speak to Trump frequently, and that any talks he did have with the former president would not have been about accounting software.

A shelter in place order has been issued at Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania amid reports of an armed suspect on campus.

The liberal arts college on the outskirts of Allentown has around 2,000 undergraduate students.

It remains unclear if anyone is injured.

Four nearby schools have also been placed on lockdown as a precaution. They are William Allen High School, Raub Middle School, Muhlenberg Elementary and Union Terrace Elementary.

Just last night, a Holocaust memorial 'Walk to Remember' event was held at the campus, headed by the school's Jewish fraternity AEPi.

Only applies to people making 1 million or more in taxable income and according to Forbes there are loopholes in the plan-it will only affect a very small amount of people. . Vast majority of Americans, even Republicans,  believe billionaires should pay a higher tax rate.

Yes they have the top tax rate but they have so many ways to take income as loans at the top tax rate is  never met or avoided entirely

NYT   article  top 400 billionaires only paid 23% of their wealth in taxes each year due to loopholes and such in 2018

Trump wants them to fight to the death for his amusement.  The last one standing gets a leg up on the job.

If you are not willing to kill your own mother for Trump, you'll have no place in his second administration.

It's HOW you do it that matters ... "friends" of the Clintons would make things disappear without involving the Clintons directly ... everything is done with a wink and nod, not phone calls, no texts, and no checks.  Another example of Trump 1st term being Amateur Hour in the Swamp.
