Supreme Court Agrees To Hear Abortion Rights Case

The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear arguments in a major abortion case from Mississippi that could roll back limits on abortion restrictions included in the landmark reproductive rights case Roe v. Wade.

The SCOTUS order says the court will consider just one question presented in the cert petition from the Mississippi AG on the state’s law banning abortion after 15 weeks: “Whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional.”
Prediction: The line in the sand will be viability (not heartbeat). What matters here, IMO, is whether or not "viability" includes extraordinary medical care and how it is defined.

The line in the sand should be conception, since that is where life starts. The heart beat thing is irrelevant, the baby is already alive, busy growing a heart, before the heart can begin beating.
