Yes they are normal in most GA counties. Williamson cty 1993-2007 This is the history date and temp Fall and Spring freezes from 1993 to 2007 when this article was written. You still will not accept if there was not an abnormally warm winter the buds would not have  been out...but you know this so you twist everything...that is all you have.

Farmers report best-ever peach season after devastating losses last year

Abby Kousouris and Amanda Alvarado  |  May. 14, 2024 at 11:34 AM EDT

ATLANTA (WANF/Gray News) - Peach crops in Georgia are thriving after a deep freeze left many with devastating losses last year, according to farmers.

Jake Carter, a third-generation farmer and owner of Southern Belle Farm, began picking peaches on Monday. He said this crop is the best crop he’s ever seen.

“No matter where you go, whatever corner of the state that you enjoy getting your peaches from, they should have a great crop,” Carter said.

He said this year could be life-changing for some farmers who lost everything during a late deep freeze that destroyed the majority of the peach crop last year

“It’s really a shot in the arm. There are lots of great farms in the state of Georgia and everyone I know of has a tremendous crop,” Carter said.

Pam Knox, a researcher at the University of Georgia, studies the impact of climate change on crops. She said there was a time in March that it got close to freezing, but thankfully for farmers, it didn’t have much of an impact on their crops.

“The peaches were able to squeak by with not much damage.
All the peaches were left on the trees. There were so many peaches that a lot of producers had to go in and thin them. If you have too many peaches, they don’t grow very big, you know. They’re less marketable because we like those big juicy peaches,” Knox said.  .  .

So last year, they had a deep freeze.  This year, they did not.  Looks like that deep freeze is responsible for killing off the peach harvest, not global warming climate change.

And this year?  Best crop ever.  So maybe 'climate change' does have an effect after all.  For the better.

From the article….

It was inevitable that the Joe Biden family would end up in government—they’ve got nothing of value to add to the private sector—

Do they even have anything of value to add to government?
Yes, yes they do...to foreign governments, mostly China and Iran.

NATO Is Strong: Is It Time For The U.S. To Reduce Its Military Presence In Europe?
The US has an opportunity to maintain its power in Europe, free up forces for potential conflict in the Indo-Pacific, and bring troops home. This opportunity also shifts some of the defense burden to European partners.

Summary: Sweden’s recent admission to NATO has bolstered the alliance, offering the U.S. more strategic flexibility in Europe. Amidst broader global engagements, including crises in the Middle East and strategic pivots to Asia, there is growing domestic scrutiny of U.S. involvement overseas. With NATO’s strengthened presence in Europe, particularly through the addition of Sweden and Finland, and the capability of European allies, the U.S. is positioned to reduce its military footprint in Europe without compromising regional security. This would encourage European nations to assume greater responsibility for their defense, especially those not meeting NATO’s spending targets, while allowing the U.S. to reallocate resources to other global priorities.

America Needs a Lighter Military Footprint in Europe
This March, Sweden was finally admitted to NATO, overcoming delays from Turkey and Hungary. The “NATO Lake” has come to fruition and the United States should act like it. At the same time, the US is dealing with a crisis in the Middle East, as well as pivoting to Asia. All of this is in the face of rising public questioning over our entanglements abroad when we have issues at home to face. Since the US has higher priorities elsewhere, it is time for the US to pull back from Europe and encourage our NATO allies to take on more of the burden of European defense.

lol...  Do you realize the amount of manpower, cost, and logistics issues it will take to cut even a recyclable  blade? Not to mention the reenforced towers, foundations, and mechanical parts?    Isn't going to happen.  30 years from now these 3 fingered monstrosites are going to be rusting monuments as a frozen momento to man's stupidity.

Carbon River co out of TN has been recycling wind turbine blades for quite some time know. There are other co's in the US recycling them and others all around the world,
Here is how carbon River recyclers them-they even show the steps in pictures so you can understand.:

Glass to Glass Reclamation Technology
Glass Fiber Reclamation

Wind turbine blades are made from non-recyclable polymers strengthened by glass fibers. As a result, these structures are unfortunately relegated to landfills following retirement. This presents a major obstacle for wind energy to be truly sustainable. Our technology offers an attractive, facile method for responsibly re-using these materials at what normally would be their end of life. Glass to Glass can give these materials a chance to be reborn into sustainable, recyclable composites.

Receive Blade Waste (Tipping
)

Receive bulk waste fiberglass composite (e.g. retired wind turbine blades, boat hulls, automotive panels)

Pre-Sort and Shred Material

Cutting and shredding for further reduction of blades to produce optimal pyrolysis feedstock.

Multi-Stage Pyrolysis

Multi-stage pyrolysis process to fully remove polymer, char, and other fillers from the glass fibers to restore fiber properties to virgin-like values.

Production of Composite Intermediates

Convert reclaimed glass fiber into desired polymer composites intermediates. Then the rGF pellets or intermediates are used to produce next-generation products again.

ESG Pyrolysis Crude Oil

Our pyrolysis oil can be utilized as an alternative fuel source or precursor for next generation polymers, providing the oil and chemical industry a more sustainable and circular option

As for bird deaths: They are also using acoustics, radar etc

Scientists have found that painting one blade of a turbine black, which can increase visibility, can reduce bird fatalities by more than 70 percent
. And some wind companies are experimenting with using artificial intelligence to sense a bird's approach, powering turbines down to avoid collisions.

As for renewable land use.

2000 acres are lost every day mostly to housing developments and industry and roads. The amount going to renewable industry is a very small amount.

At first I thought you were dads but have come to the realization you are paid troll for the fossil fuel industry. How many other boards are you spewing with you crap?

Didn't know that!

As I playfully injected prior, what would be the problem if suddenly the Great Plains could switch from wheat and corn to blueberries, melons, pecans and onions...while North Dakota became our "bread basket"?

As stated before, this planet could produce a heck of a lot more food if global temperatures increased 20°.  Look at all the land in Greenland, Canada, and Russia that would now be available for farming.  The people who want a cooler planet are selfishly imposing their desires on a starving planet.

Prefer an app that will quickly provide a fast track to get each illegal either:

(1) a trip to their point of origin at their expense
(2) imprisonment, and work farms.

It only matters what the current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs thinks is better. :pondering:

Which Makes Better Soldiers: DEI or Assimilation?
By Maj. Gen. Joe Arbuckle (USA, Ret.)

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is divisive, as it emphasizes differences based on race, ethnicity, biological sex, gender identities, etc., which is opposed to the time-tested, traditional military culture emphasizing unity, teamwork, selflessness, sacrifice, and assimilation into the warrior ethos.

May 1969, a commercial bus full of sleepy recruits stopped during darkness at Fort Ord, CA. Two Drill Instructors (DIs) jumped on the bus and started screaming, “get off my bus, you dirtbags, and line up outside.” A diverse assortment of now wide-awake young men lined up in four rows and then shuffled/marched to sterile appearing billets with a platoon of 50 recruits in each open bay, gray double-decker bunks with sheets and a wool blanket on both sides of an aisle running down the middle of the bay. They were awake until 0200 scrubbing the billet floors and latrine; up at 0530 the next day.

The next day they marched with DIs yelling commands, to the long quartermaster warehouse to be issued clothing and gear. But, first a stop at the barber building with a line of barbers ready to buzz hair off which they did quickly leaving about 1/4 inch on the top and almost none elsewhere.

The MSM controls 99.9% of the narrative in this election.  Including debating parameters.

You really think Pedo Joe, and his complict media will even remotely allow this to happen?
