Sounds like Michigan has the problem, not the Orthodox. Why is this a problem? Did any vaccinated person in Michigan, or New York for that matter, contract measles?
You either get vaccinated, or you don't. Both choices carry risks. Why not leave it up to each individual to decide which set of risks to accept instead of empowering the state to take away our choice?
