Comedian-actor Patton Oswalt posted a tweet on Tuesday in which he imagined supporters of President Donald Trump dying from coronavirus.
The Ratatouille star joked that “MAGA†supporters infected with COVID-19 would be obsessed with the media’s treatment of President Trump as they coughed themselves to death.

He’s a comedian who has been in a lot of tv and movies. His first wife was a best selling true crime writer. Personally I find his humor meh. You might recognize him from “Raymond†or “Veep�

I spend a lot of time on twitter and seen no such comments. Assuming people have made them, they're certainly as inexcusable as Oswalt's.

Cite me the conservative celebs who wish for people to die from the virus.
I'll condemn them like I condemn the lib celebs wishing for disaster on their political opponents.
So far, whenever there's been a disaster, it's been liberal celebs hoping for the worst.

I haven't seen such comments, though there are places where I think it possible. There's a reason I don't frequent such places. That said, you are correct, hoping people will die is reprehensible (with the usual Hitler-Stalin grade monsters excluded). But I don't think that's a 999yawn .

I have seen him in minor roles on tv shows and maybe one movie,but I wouldn't call him "important". He does a pretty good job of acting funny or sad,most likely due to his face being so flexible. I remember one role where he was a co-star of sorts in a sympathetic role,and he was pretty good in that one. Not good enough I can remember the title,but he did stand out from the others.
Guess jobs are getting harder to find now that he is older,so he is screaming for attention.

This numbnut is at best a B or C actor. The highlight of his career might be marrying Meredith Salenger, the girl that played Natty Gann and a deputy in Placid Lake. Frankly, I could not name one thing he ever did.
He is an inconsequential actor. What he says should only register with his momma.
